Insulin Syringes

Brief Introduce

Syringes for insulin users are designed for standard U-100 insulin. The dilution of insulin is such that 1 ml of insulin fluid has 100 standard "units" of insulin. Since insulin vials are typically 10 ml, each vial has 1000 units.
Insulin syringes are made specifically for self injections and have friendly features:

1. shorter needles, as insulin injections are subcutaneous (under the skin) rather than intramuscular,

2. finer gauge needles, for less pain, and markings in insulin units to simplify drawing a measured dose of insulin.

3. low dead space to reduce complications caused by improper drawing order of different insulin strengths.

Usage
Tear the single bag of syringe, remove the syringe with needle, remove the syringe needle protection sleeve, pull the plunger back and forth slide, tighten the injection needle, and then into the liquid, needle up, slowly push the plunger to exclude air, subcutaneous or Intramuscular injection or blood.

Storage condition
Syringes and Needles should store in the relative humidity not to surpass 80%, non corrosiveness gas, cool, ventilates good, in dryly the clean room. Product sterilized by Epoxy hexylene, asepsis,non-pyrogen without unusual toxicity and hemolysis response.

Warnings

1. Do not use the syringe if the device package is damaged.

2. Dispose the device after use. The device is meant for one-time use only.

3. The storage areas need to be well ventilated and free from corrosive gases.

4. It should be well equipped with fire and rat's prevention, moisture and pest control facilities.

5. Do not use if it is over its expiration date.
